The Framework is made of hollow extruded aluminium profile, held together by special glass filled nylon 3-legged joints that ensures perfect alignment & rigidity of the whole structure. Problem of excessive condensation on structural frame is addressed by providing high performance thermal break internal coving profile. Non-thermal break non-coving framework as an optional.

Double skin 25 / 48 mm panels injected with environment friendly CFC & HFC free, self extinguishing PUF. A uniform density of 38-40 Kg/mJ ensures low thermal conductivity & robust construction. Various options such as precoated colored galvanised sheets, plain galvanised sheets, SS 304 & SS 316 sheets in various thicknesses are available for inner & outer skin of Double skin panels.

Insulated Drain pan is made of SS 304 with dual slope to facilitate discharge of condensate. Specially designed drain pan with all round edge allow complete cleaning & avoid microbial growth.

Base frame is made of galvanised steel with die cast aluminium joints having lifting holes.

Access Doors are provided with hinges, handles and door knobs. Polycarbonate View Glass, Pressure Ports, DOP Ports etc.
